Peace Talks?

Peace talks are underway in Cuba with the help of Gabriel García Márquez. Cuba is a communist country, the ELN is a leftist rebel group, Márquez is a close personal friend of the dictator, and has the luxury of a house in Cuba(No Cuban is allowed to own one). The dictator has fostered and supported the rebel groups in Colombia and throughout Latin America. Now tell me does this look like authentic peace talks.
