    the phone call was not made to the Us Delegation..

    It was another meeting for cuban delegates only in a cuban assembly ....that happened either friday or saturday or earlier

    These SOB's that went to Cuba just wanted a vacation at taxpayers expense, they brown-nosed each other. Raul invited them and he was a no show, Fidel is probably having a last laugh before he kicks the bucket. Only the usual suspects will benefit.
