The dictator of Cuba doing "dictatorcizes" in the streets of Havana?

The dictator of Venezuela says that the dictator of Cuba was seen on the streets of Havana last week performing dictatorcizes. Mini-me mentions that those on the street cried when they recognized the "reflective' dictator.
