Looks like communist government official Jaime Ortega...OOPS.. I meant Cuban Cardinal Jaime Ortega visited the United States in June to broker a deal for raulita and to hammer out the details in blood for the release of political prisoners. Of course raulita dictated all the terms and forced the political prisoners in exile!
