The Organizing Committee of the Campaign on behalf of Cuban Prisoner of Conscience, DR. OSCAR ELIAS BISCET, led by his daughter, WINNIE BISCET, will inform of the broad campaign that will take place on behalf of this Cuban physician presently serving a 25 prison sentence in a maximum security prison in Havana, Cuba.
