Cuba announcing changes to it Cabinet....Ramiro "cuidado que te voy a dar un tiro" Valdes will step down as head of the Telecommunications Ministry, and Fidel "why did they give me the dictator's name" Figueroa was replaced as the head of Construction Ministry.
The REAL Change will occur when the dictatorship is removed and FREEDOM reigns in Cuba!
