Bill Richardson wants to end Cuba's terrorist label

"Wild Bill" Richardson now wants to end Cuba's terrorist label removed. "Wild Bill" has this jim dandy quote:

"My view is that this terrorism list is not very consistent. It's an emotional issue,"



So executions, political prisoners, and lack of FREEDOM is JUST  an emotional issue?
