Is this legal?
The World Baseball Classic is a professional spectacle. Team Cuba has a 16 year old on it's roster, now is this legal or not? Reading this article you get the feeling that how wonderful and fuzzy this is and why not? If this was the big bad U.S. you would have all the lawyers, CNN, Univision, child protective services all over this, but it's Cuba and you can do whatever.

That's simply called child slave labor. A practice that is one of the many "signature traits" of the tyranny.
Besides many other forms of child exploitation!
