The dictator of Cuba appears again! Let's see...a handful of political prisoners are released....the terms of the released are not honored by Saint Ortega and Saint raulita...so to focus the attention OFF the political prisoners...they have the dictator appear in public...this is typical communism 101 to redivert attention.
51 years of this and they are still getting away with it???????????
