Golly gee Wally, you think by having a short wave radio communicating with an enemy of the United States and providing information to a government that has been a dictatorship for 47 years. a apartheid system, a system that has executed, tortured, and imprisoned thousands of its's own people. GEE with all this informatiom, plus the fact he has admitted to being a collaborator, I guess he is SPY on account of all this information.
