Calling for a fast for Fariñas and all Political prisoners!

My freedom loving brethren we have done a fast for Mr. Farinas several times in the past. Mr. Fariñas is currently under house arrest and slowly recuperating after his hunger strike, but he is still not allowed to access the internet. Political prisoners languish in prison in apartheid Cuba and the media ignores their struggles and cause. We must not forget our brothers and show them signs that we are with them and support them!

El Café Cubano is calling for a simple gesture, a fast on Friday mornings in support of Mr. Farinas and all the political prisoners. These are the true heroes willing to die for FREEDOM! This is a time for unity not division

Let’s show the world, better yet let’s show our brothers and sisters in apartheid Cuba that we are behind them!

Fast it forward my FREEDOM-loving brethren.

Farinas being allowed home is a positive sign. It shows that the regime knows it does not need more martyrs than it already has now. As for fasting I feel a bit guilty. I haven't eaten in the morning in years. So instead I'll rattle the regine's chain a bit. My deepest respect to Mr. Farinas for his bravery and my deepest contempt for the evil tyrant baboons who enslave Cubans.

Alfredo, I just now got to this, and since it's already late Friday and I've eaten, I'll either pick another day or way until next Friday, but definitely count me in.
