No Americans should be permitted to build any more steel framed building because even a small fire can cause them to collapse on their own footprint in 7 seconds like CIA Building number 7 on 9/11. Instead we should only allow Chinese builders to build them because their steel frame high rises can burn all day from the ground to the top floor and remain standing like that Chinese hotel.
