The Ticker continues.... (Updated)

The dictator is fuming(even though he doesn't smoke cigars anymore) concerning the ticker. The dictator was starting his speech and the ticker went off with quotes from Abraham Lincoln. The media barely mentioned this, all that was mentioned was the dictator's blather concerning the extradition of Posada.
