Now before I get hundreds of emails hurling insults at Cuban exiles and that THEY the exiles are the ONLY ones responsible for this fraud....ask yourself this.....why is it that all those involved in this fraud ran or attempted to run to Cuba when they felt the heat? Any dumb ass knows that criminals fleeing the US who seek refuge in Cuba, have to pay the piper(Castro dictatorship for those who can't grasp this). Any recent arrival from Cuba can't just OPEN up a clinic, where do they get the money?
The dictatorship in Cuba seem to get away with everything.....
